Data Recovery From Packard Bell PCs

I am having problems with a Packard Bell computer which I am having lots of problems with. The computer will only boot to safe mode screen and no matter what option I press it will not go any further. I have tried all the options at least 3 times but they computer will not boot. I took the computer to a PC Repairs shop and they upgraded the hard drive, but they could not recover the data from the hard drive, they said the hard drive was making a low level clicking noise and that I would need to take it to a data recovery specialist to get it looked at.

I need some help with a Packard Bell iMedia DV2215, which I have not been able to recover using the standard tricks. It won’t boot up, and I get no response when I try to open up the system. There are no beeps, no lights, nothing, and there is also no code to tell me exactly what is going wrong. I have been trying to figure out what the matter might be, but have not had any luck. I have been trying to do this by myself as I need some data from the computer pretty urgently, and am panicking about getting a result. I have tried the usual tricks of removing the power socket, disconnecting unessential hardware, and trying to boot up the system while it is linked to another monitor. However, I have not been able to get as far as the BIOS screen, and the computer is just silent. As I said, I really need to extract some data from the computer, there is a lot of money at stake and I have to recover it.
