What To Do When Your Macbook Pro Fails

I have a laptop, a Macbook Pro A1229 which was given to me as a gift. I have been using the laptop for 4 years but now I get the Apple tune, and the start up screen appears with no Apple logo. The screen then freezes. The CPU was thought to be the problem, and was replaced. It was then diagnosed that the hard drive is the problem and the sectors on the disk platters cannot be read.

I have a 15″ screen Macbook Pro which I bought just a day or so ago. As soon as I got it home, and started using it, I realised that there was a problem with the system. When I am running the laptop on a flat surface, such as a table, then there is virtually no noise at all. However, if I happen to lift the device off of the table, or even turn it slightly so that it is facing in a different direction, there is a loud clicking noise. This noise is coming, I think, from the right hand side. Now the laptop has failed today and the clicking noise is happening all the time.
